At JustFab, we want you to love your style, which is why we offer a 60-day window for easy returns or exchanges. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund or exchange them for a different size or style.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your JustFab account, navigate to your Order History, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the shoeboxes are protected.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop-box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or update your account with store credit within 5-7 business days.
